Message	Your logic makes no sense...if he's an asshole BEFORE you buy then what kind of support can you possibly expect to see if there is a problem? What do oil executives have to do with any of this? You are comparing a multi billion dollar company with thousands and thousands of employees to a single individual, or perhaps very small shop. How they represent themselves is a pretty good indication of how they will treat you if/when there is a problem. The oil executive is so far removed from the point of sale that you really can't compare the two. Their job duties and responsibilities are totally different as are their measurements for success. They make that kind of money because they make the company successful...I can almost guarantee that if oil executives (as per your example) started coming out on new shows and bashing and being total assholes they'd likely lose their job.
